Isnaeni is a senior consultant at EY Indonesia, with over 30 years of extensive experience across various sectors and industries, especially the Public/Government Sector and the Financial Services Sector. His main expertise is Audit and Information Technology, with an emphasis on Strategy and Innovation.

Isnaeni has been heavily involved in the development of Strategies and Master Plans, including the Master Plan for the Life Insurance sector in Indonesia, the Master Plan for the Development of the Sharia Economy, and many more assignments to create Information Technology Master Plans in Banking or Government Institutions. Through his loyalty to the organization, Isnaeni has also been entrusted as an Advisory Council Member, for EY Asia-Pacific, and also the Asia Pacific Diversity & Inclusiveness Committee.
